1. Information processed

When you manage reports, the app may process customer names, service addresses, dates, notes, and other content you choose to enter. If photo features are released, the app will access the camera or photo library only when you choose to capture or select an image.

2. Storage and use

The current product is designed to be local-first. Report data is stored on your device to create, edit, and display service reports. Unless a future feature clearly states otherwise and obtains any required permission, we do not upload report content to our servers.

3. Device permissions

Permissions are requested only when required for a feature. You can revoke camera or photo access in system settings, although related features may stop working.

4. Purchases

In-app payments are processed by platforms such as Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card or account details.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may process or disclose information only where required by law, needed to protect legitimate rights, or necessary to provide a service you explicitly request.

6. Retention and deletion

Local report data remains on your device until you delete it, clear app data, or uninstall the app. Save any content you need before uninstalling.

7. Children

Clean Report is intended for professional service workflows and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be described in the app or on this page, and the date above will be updated.
