Jinan Chengyuxin Network Technology Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how Clean Report handles and protects information.

1. Information processed

When you use report features, the app processes report titles, client names, service addresses, service dates, and notes that you enter. The app accesses the camera or photo library only when you choose to capture or select before-and-after site photos.

2. Storage and use

Clean Report is designed to be local-first. Report content and app-stored photos remain on your device and are used to create, edit, preview, and generate PDFs. The current app does not require an account and does not automatically upload reports or photos to our servers.

3. Device permissions

Camera access is used to capture site photos, and photo-library access is used to select images you choose. Permissions are requested only when you use the relevant feature. You can revoke access in system settings; report features that do not depend on photos will remain available.

4. Purchases

The app includes a limited number of free PDF exports and may offer a non-consumable one-time purchase for unlimited exports through Apple App Store or Google Play. The applicable store processes payment, receipts, and platform account information. We do not directly receive or store your complete payment-card or payment-account details.

5. Sharing

We do not sell report content or personal information, and the app does not include advertising or behavioral analytics. A generated PDF is passed to an app, print service, or recipient you select only when you initiate sharing or printing. Their subsequent handling is governed by their own privacy policies. We may process information where required by law.

6. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until you delete an individual report, choose “Delete All Local Data” in Settings, clear system app data, or uninstall the app. After a report’s brief undo period ends, or after you confirm deletion of all local data, we cannot recover that content. In-app data deletion does not reset purchase entitlement.

7. Children

Clean Report is intended for professional service workflows and is not designed for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be described in the app or on this page, and the date above will be updated.
